Summer Adventure Credit Card Sweepstakes

SUMMARY: Subject to these Official Terms and Conditions, the UK Credit Union (“Sponsor”) will award one $1000 Visa® Gift Card (the “Prize”) to one (1) winner of the Summer Adventure Credit Card Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) as selected by Sponsor and based on eligible entries. 

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on May 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). 

ELIGIBILITY:  The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals 18 years of age and older residing in the United States, except as excluded herein.

EXCLUSIONS:  Current UK Credit Union employees and their immediate family are not eligible for entry. Immediate family is defined as parents, siblings, spouse, and children.

TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A member of UK Credit Union may enter to win by completing a transaction of a minimum of $5.00 using their UK Credit Union Platinum or Signature Credit Card with a total transaction count of 45 completed by the end of the Promotion Period – July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. ALTERNATIVE ENTRY METHOD – Please mail to 1730 Alysheba Way, Lexington, KY 40509 a 5” x 3” postcard with the entrant’s (a) First and Last Name; (b) Address, City, State, Zip Code; and (c) Phone Number. All fields are required for eligibility.  Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than the end of the Promotion Period – July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.  Hereinafter, each entrant into the Sweepstakes is referred to as a “Participant.”

PRIZE DRAWING: One winner will be randomly chosen by Sponsor from all eligible entries on August 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Odds of winning are variable and dependent upon the total number of entries during the Promotion Period.

PRIZES: One (1) prize will be awarded for the Sweepstakes consisting of one $1,000 Visa® Gift Card that will be delivered to a UK Credit Union branch of the winner’s choice to be collected. Prize will be awarded "AS IS." Sponsor makes no offer of and expressly disclaims to the maximum extent permitted by law any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prizes. No manufacturer or representative of any offered prize is associated with or sponsoring the Sweepstakes. Federal, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees, or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of each winner. Please see a tax advisor for details. 

NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via phone number on file with Sponsor or provided in mail-in entry. The winner will be required to provide UK Credit Union their name and a copy of a government issued ID to confirm identity. If the randomly selected winner does not respond to UK Credit Union’s attempts to contact winner within 48 hours after UK Credit Union’s first contact attempt, the winner will be disqualified.  UK Credit Union will then randomly select another eligible entry from all remaining and eligible entries as the winner. The winner will be required to sign an acceptance and release (including a publicity release) agreement prepared by UK Credit Union as a condition of the award of the prize.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice. The winner agrees to collaborate and allow UK Credit Union to publicize photos of winner and their name in any marketing UK Credit Union chooses.

RELEASE, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, & INDEMNIFICATION: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable and federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor, and Sponsor Affiliates[AA1.1], are not responsible for, and Participants release each from, any failures of any kind in this Sweepstakes. Participants further release and agree to indemnify Sponsor, and Sponsor Affiliates[AA2.1], from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever alleged to arise from injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property in connection with this Sw¬¬eepstakes including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded; (b) any travel or prize-related activity; (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Terms and Conditions or any other materials disseminated by Sponsor; and (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by Participants, Sponsor, or Sponsor Affiliates[AA3.1].

OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Terms and Conditions.
